Your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is
placed. If the item is in BACK ORDER you will receive an
confirmation email from us. Right after your order is shipped
out UPS will email you the tracking number. On a regular basis it take
about 5 business days for delivery for the 48 continental states. Once you
got the tracking # you may check
when your order will be delivered at http://www.ups.com. Please make you that you email server does not reject emails from UPS.
Quite often people do not receive the UPS email because their email server
consider it spam and automatically rejected it.. If you still do not receive the UPS email with the
tracking # within 3 business of the order please email us. If you would

Your order will be
shipped immediately after the money order or cashier check it received. There
will be a 10 days holding for personal check orders.
Shipping Information : All orders will be shipped within
24 business hours after the payment is received. If orders are placed
before 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time during the weekdays (holidays not
included) they will likely be shipped the same day depends on our
capacity. All orders placed during
the weekend will be shipped the next Monday. We will ship your
item via UPS unless asked not to. For your
convenience, we offer three shipping options: UPS Standard Ground (3-7 business
days);
UPS 3-day Select (3 business days); and USPS 2-3 Days Priority Mail.
Overnight shipping is also available. The rate that we are currently
charging is UPS standard ground only. If you want
faster delivery please place the order and pay the standard ground
shipping fee first, then, email us your shipping option. After receiving
your request, we will send you a email and request of money thru Paypal
for the additional fee required.
We ship most items to all
states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major
protectorates and territories of the United States: American Samoa,
Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana
Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship
internationally. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive
them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item
availability and shipping locations.
Return Policy:

will fully refund the price of the item when it is returned in pristine
condition. Please adhere to the following return policy.

Returns/Exchanges: Refunds will be subject to no restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable and will
be deducted from the refunded total amount. That is because when we ship
out the item the UPS fee has been consumed.

Damaged Items:
We
will send your replacement item free of charge or reimburse you for
the cost to repair the damage.
Returning Items
Follow the simple
directions below to make your return or exchange.

email us to get a Return Authorization
Number.
Return Authorizations MUST be requested within 30 days after the
purchase date. Returns or Exchanges over 30 days or without
authorizations will be refused.

Include all original
packing materials, manuals, and/or accessories with the product to avoid
any additional fees.

Go to UPS or the USPS and ship the item back to us. You
must pay the shipping fee for returning since these fees are charged
by UPS or the USPS, not us. We recommend items be returned via
UPS or US Post Office (insured). We also recommend that you
reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

For damaged
items, you will need to
email
us and describe the damage in details.
Please contact UPS and
report that the case arrived damaged. They will then contact
us to file the damage claim. Contact us after you have contacted UPS.
UPS will let you know whether they are going to set an appointment to
pick up the damaged item. If they don't, let us know we will handle the
situation from this point.

We will do our best to process the return quickly.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be
processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. Upon the receipt
of the return item, we shall refund the purchase price minus the
shipping and handling charges, unless damaged. Refunds will be credited to the your PayPal account or
check (if your original payment was made by money order/cashier's
check).
